Not everyone can make thousands per month. Not everyone wants to make thousands per month online. Most making THOUSANDS people built their way up by learning, organizing and taking actions. Most use few or all techniques, tools and automation systems whenever possible to save them time and earn faster than those who doesn’t. 

Getting organized, get a schedule is important to let nothing stop you. You’ve never thought of little things as part of the equation to burning you out and feeling overwhelmed. But often it’s the little things that are annoying you from being able to concentration.

Everyone has working limit. The problem come in, even a Pro, as I have more and more programs, answering referrals’ questions, emails, drive traffic boost my income and then more things start to pile up. When that happens, it becomes more difficult to keep up; ultimately I reach my limit. So how do I fix this problem? Simple, I set up to organize my business and that’s what I repeatedly say “work smarter”

Do any of the above described matches you? If so, here are few techniques I’ve used to organize myself on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and will help you keep all of your online business organized. None of this is by any means necessary; however I’ve seen tremendous improvements in my earning result, the quality of my work and my ability to remain persistent with my online efforts. 

1.  Organize Your Emails.  

Keep all your emails organized. When you start and join various programs you begin to receive many emails. Sometimes when your inbox cluttered up this adds to your feeling of panic. You better create some folders in your email program such as GPT, TE, and Surveys. File all the emails into these folders immediately that way will be much more organized and you will feel better control.

Alternatively I use Gmail instead of Yahoo or Hotmail; I set separate emails for different purpose. For example: yourname-GPT@gmail and yourname-TE@gmail to makes it easier to see when I receive from individual invitation. The more programs you join the more emails you receive. I use “Microsoft Outlook” to handle emails in one panel look like this screenshot, you will find “my inbox” show how many mails I have in individual email inbox. To open the mail you click on that inbox and then click the “subject” that will open in a new window, click on the paid link it will open in another new window. Once you read your mails you can click on “check all” and delete all the mails in your inbox; or press “Esc” to return to the panel. If you use it you will sure it saves you tons of time and particular avoid any missing invitation mail. 

2.  Use Tabbed Browser for Multiple Sites at once.

Multi-task saves you time and earn you more money. If you use Firefox browser you are making your ways around a lot faster than someone using IE browser. You can “tab” and “click” through on multiple sites AT ONCE instead of just waiting for the timer count down. I multiply my surfing effort ten-fold with Firefox. If you use it you know it is true. 3. Use Bookmark Folders.

You’ll have a better handle on your program. Things to “file away” let you work sequence and avoid missing. I set dailies and weekly folders look like this screenshot, I also set separate GPT programs and Web Traffic Exchanges, e.g.: daily-login-PTC, daily-login-TE, weekly login-PTS etc. So this system allow me to use MULTIPLIE tabs AT ONCE, that help me earn more in lesser time within each clicking session.

4. Set a Schedule.

So you must get organized, set a schedule, and stick with it ultimately meeting certain goals on a day to day or week to week basis. Programs like “Treasure Trooper” and “CashCrate” just log in once or twice a week to see what’s new and sign up for offers. These types of PTS program take some of my time but overall very little since I really don’t login everyday. 6. Make a To-Do List

I use Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Task. They work as good. I prefer Microsoft Outlook in conjunction with my emails management as mentioned above. I use these to keep track of whenever I have a new idea or any note in the “things to remember’ don’t take action yet, the good thing is that it has a check-box and deadline to give me a better status. I have a master To-do List that I put all things in a daily, weekly and monthly routine or new program to add into my favorite Folder that I have to review in later days; or when I have new idea to write. 

Summary

Most likely people may seem my lengthy article looking like a lot and it may seem overwhelming. It is not. As stated above techniques most take you little time at beginning. And if you learn to work smarter, do multi-tasks, set a schedule, you will find they really do NOT take as much time as you thought. If you use them you sure it is true. In my opinion it is no hard once you know how things work.

No matter you are a beginner or a Pro, obviously, you need sound programs, tools and system to work smart. It is easy to fall into the trap of being online 24/7 and many have experienced burnout. Make sure to keep your priorities in line and spend time with your loved one, friends and family. Certainly, there are always Pros and Cons but one of the key measures seems to be risk minimization and earning maximization. I get questions from a few of my friends who are setting up after read my articles “4 Steps Setup Firefox Multi-Tab to Boost Your Income” I just post few hours ago, why not share some of my explanation, experiences and solution here?

Pros and my Personal Experiences

1. What is the great feature of Multi-Tabs is you can go back and forth from one Way to another. Get tired of clicking, use the keyboard; and get tired of using two fingers, clicking for a while using mouse.
2. Please remember, you MUST release CTRL+Tab before clicking the proper icon to earn a credit. If you want to surf using your mouse only, use the click-on-tab method. You will always need to use the keyboard in one way or another for security purposes on many web traffic exchanges. Although not perfect and you will occasionally experience slowdowns, a consistent 100 clicks in 20 different web traffic exchanges can be achieved in under 90 minutes. The pace you find both ways of surfing (mouse or CTRL+Tab) should generate you 4-8 credits per minute with smooth consistency depending on your Internet connection speed. Each credit on average is 0.75 visitors or more (some web traffic are 1:1 and some are 2:1 ratio and active clickers are highly rewarded with extra credits). Cons and my Personal Solutions

Here are some common problems that you will likely encounter when running many sites at once. I also provide my personal solutions that work for me.

1. The Problem – Your browser may lock-up. This is inevitable, just because you are jamming so much into it.
   The Solution – Simply shut it down if you can, if it can’t you use the close button, hold “ctrl+alt+del” select Firefox from the list and click end task. Once it is shut down just to re-open it then you go. If it happens a lot with a particular site within a short period of time you may want to make your folder smaller.
2. The Problem – One of the sites will lock up but the others don’t. The counter will stop working.
   The Solution – Simply go the page that has the locked site on it and click the “refresh” that should do it. If not just choose that site from your favorites or close that window and surf the rest of them.
3. The Problem – Another site will take over your window. This is called a “frame-breaker”. Essentially the site that comes up in the surf window, breaks out of the surf frame.
   The Solution – Just go back to your favorites and reset that site. This is highly annoying, and the web traffic exchange won’t like it eight. I will try to report these, copy the address from the bar and report to that particular site owner.
4. The Problem – You will occasionally experience slowdowns.
   The Solution – I like to shut down any other programs that I’m not using, it save bandwidth letting the internet connection smoother.

My first opinion, it is easy to understand, easy to accomplish and take you through the very basics of technique to getting referral and web traffic exchange promotion. After a while, you may find you are checking certain sites more often than others. Whether you are a complete NEWBIE or an old PRO, this Firefox multi-tab will work for you.
